David Newman, a pork producer from Arkansas, was elected to serve a second term as president of the National Pork Board at the organization’s November board meeting earlier this week. National Pork Board Launches AgView, A Tool to Help Protect from Foreign Animal Disease Fallout
The National Pork Board announced the launch of AgView, a technology solution to help the U.S. pork industry respond faster than ever before possible in the event of a foreign animal disease (FAD) outbreak. The web-based tool will allow participating producers to easily share their farm’s FAD status updates and pig movement data with state animal health officials. National Pork Board Makes Changes to Senior Leadership Team
The National Pork Board has announced senior leadership changes to better implement a new Pork Checkoff vision, structure and operating plan supported by its board of directors – the first major restructuring in nearly 20 years.
