Friendly’s is giving kids something parents and grown-ups will wish they’d had at that age. Rolling out systemwide on Sept. 16, the new kids’ experience pairs a redesigned menu with sealed packs of collectible trading cards, engaging activity sheets, and five familiar ice cream sundae characters with newfound personalities and a built-in fan base. General Mills to Sell its Business in Brazil
General Mills, Inc. (NYSE: GIS) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its business in Brazil to 3corações. The proposed transaction, which includes a portfolio of leading local brands including Yoki and Kitano, is expected to close by the end of calendar 2026, subject to receipt of requisite regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
