These locations generate excitement, and consumers express interest in discovering these restaurants as the brands grow. The 2019 list was developed by survey analytics to obtain nominees from industry experts, food enthusiasts, executives, and advisors. Fishbowl then leveraged proprietary social data software to analyze more structured reviews, check-ins, and ratings.
