Grubhub Expands Services to Restaurants With On-Demand Delivery

Grubhub, a leading online and mobile food-ordering and delivery platform, announced today that it is offering a new product feature, On-Demand Delivery. This service gives self-delivery restaurants on the Grubhub Marketplace the option to request a Grubhub delivery driver to facilitate the last-mile logistics on a per-order basis whenever needed.

Grubhub Relaunches its Loyalty Subscription Program, Grubhub+

Grubhub is doubling down on savings, rewards and unique experiences for diners with the relaunch of Grubhub+, its loyalty subscription program that gives members access to unlimited $0 delivery fees on eligible restaurant and convenience orders over $12.

Food delivery app Grubhub teamed up with Transact Campus, a firm focused on creating solutions for food payments on college campuses, to provide students with a way to order from on- and off-campus restaurants via Grubhub's restaurant network using their campus card.

The partnership will allow students to find more restaurant options on and off campus through the Transact Mobile Ordering app. The partnership should provide students with easier access to local restaurants around campus during the busy school year.

Grubhub and Kiwibot Partner for Robot Delivery on College Campuses

Grubhub, a leading food ordering and delivery marketplace, and Kiwibot, a leading last-mile robotic delivery company, announced today that they will provide robot delivery services on college campuses across the United States.

Robot delivery from Kiwibot and Grubhub will first be available at the University of North Dakota before rolling out to additional schools next semester. Kiwibot joins Grubhub's existing partners, including Cartken and Starship, on nearly a dozen campuses offering robot delivery.
