China's beef imports totaled 215,254 metric tons (MT) in July 2026, down 12.4% month-on-month (MOM) and 14.0% year-on-year (YOY), according to the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC), as the safeguard framework progressively narrowed the field of commercially viable suppliers.
