According to USDA National Weekly Volume data for Imported Lamb Cuts, US imported lamb volumes continue to trend well below year-ago levels in 2026. Through the week ending June 1, fresh imported lamb cuts totaled 26.94 million lbs, down 39.0% from 44.14 million lbs during the same period in 2025.
