ANALYSIS: US Beef Tongue Exports Surge 353% YOY to Hong Kong in 2025
Exports of edible bovine tongues to Hong Kong have increased substantially between 2023 and 2025. According to the US Census Bureau, no bovine tongues were exported to Hong Kong in 2023. By 2024, that figure had climbed to 17,267 pounds, and by 2025, exports reached 78,159 pounds, a roughly 353% increase year-over-year.
