The North Dakota Department of Agriculture received confirmation of the presence of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) in a commercial turkey flock in Dickey County from the South Dakota State University Animal Disease Research and Diagnostic Laboratory on Saturday, Aug. 30.
