Subway Rolls Out New EMEA Restaurant Format to Support Expansion
Subway is rolling out a new restaurant concept across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as it looks to modernize the guest experience and nearly double its footprint in the region over the next five years. Starting Jan. 1, 2027, all new Subway restaurants and remodels across EMEA will follow the company’s new Blueprint format, which updates restaurant design, ordering technology, menu offerings and branding.
The first Blueprint locations opened this summer in the Netherlands and the UK. Subway said elements of the format will be adapted based on market and site demand.
