Restaurant Employees See Industry as a Long-Term Career, National Restaurant Association Finds

Restaurant employees increasingly view the industry as a place to build skills and advance their careers, according to the National Restaurant Association’s new Made in Restaurants: Industry Careers in America report.

Based on surveys of current and former restaurant employees and adults who have never worked in the industry, the report finds that 89% of current restaurant employees see opportunities for career advancement, while 96% are satisfied with their industry work experience.
