ANALYSIS: Turkey Parts Rally as Hatch Data Signals Higher Production Potential
Since June, turkey egg sets have consistently outpaced those of last year and have neared or even exceeded the 5-year average. This hasn’t consistently been reflected in the poult placements, but placements in August were only 1.5% off the 5-year average and 7.5% higher year-over-year (YOY).
