Farmers Respond to EPA Biofuels Announcement
American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall commented today [August 31, 2026] on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) announcement regarding small refinery exemptions, which impact biofuel demand by exempting refineries from blending renewable fuel as required under the Renewable Fuel Standard.
