UK farming unions demand urgent action over Brazilian meat imports to protect public health
The joint letter has been signed by NFU Scotland President Andrew Connon, NFU President Tom Bradshaw, Ulster Farmers' Union President John McLenaghan and NFU Cymru President Abi Reader.
The UK's four farming unions have joined forces calling for the UK Government to urgently prohibit imports of Brazilian meat and align with EU restrictions which come into force next week.
