ANALYSIS: US Pork Exports in June Pressured by Mixed Global Demand
US pork exports totaled 540.2 million pounds in June, declining 10.3% month over month (MOM) and 3.2% year over year (YOY), reflecting softer demand across several international markets. While export activity remained generally diversified, widespread declines throughout Asia and portions of Latin America more than offset improvements into Mexico and several smaller destinations. The monthly slowdown follows a strong first half of the year that saw overall export volume 4% higher by comparison to the same period in 2025.
