ANALYSIS: Turkey Cold Storage Breaks Record Low Streak as Parts Inventory Builds
The turkey cold storage report for May showed that the market followed seasonal trends for most lines, a notable exception being MST. Total cold storage was up 2.4% from last year. This was the first time this year that inventories were not at a new record low and is likely a result of significantly diminished demand for most of the parts and raw materials.
