ANALYSIS: US Poultry Exports Navigate Volatile Global Market as Traditional Patterns Break Down
Total exports of US chicken were up 4.1% year-over-year (YOY) in March after a 13.0% month-over-month (MOM) increase. Interestingly, several of the top five export destinations for US production did not follow seasonal trends amid a very volatile global market.
