ANALYSIS: US Mid Atlantic Beef Cold Storage Figure Nears 10 Year Low for February
Looking at the Middle Atlantic region, which includes Philadelphia, a major beef importing port, boneless beef stocks fell by 4,994 metric tons (MT) month-over-month, bringing the total for that region to 111,599 MT. Apart from 2018, this is the lowest February boneless beef stocks in the Mid Atlantic region in 10 years. In 2018, the inflection point was 107,858 MT.
