ANALYSIS: Uruguayan Beef Exports Fall Sharply in February 2026, Down 19.2% MOM and 30.4% YOY
The latest data released by Uruguay’s National Customs Directorate showed that fresh beef (chilled and frozen) exports reached 23,838 MT in February 2026, down 11.4% from the previous month and 30.4% lower than the same period in 2025.
