ANALYSIS: Frozen Whole Turkey Prices Fall 10% in Early January Yet Remain Near Record Highs
Over the first couple weeks of January, frozen whole turkey quotations fell by 10% from the end of 2025. This is a much sharper decline than we see with the five-year average or with last year’s figures. However, frozen turkey quotations started the year at the second-highest level of all time, and they maintain that position even with the fall in prices.
