Del Taco Starts 2026 Under New Ownership
The decades-old fast-food restaurant Del Taco, which was founded in the High Desert, started the new year under new parent company Yadav Enterprises.
The new ownership does not involve the trio of Barstow stores that are independently-owned.
Jack in the Box Inc. completed the sale of Del Taco Holdings Inc. to Yadav Enterprises for approximately $119 million in consideration, subject to post-closing working capital and other adjustments, according to Chain Store Age.
