Fire Damages Manisel Peanut Facility in Argentina
A fire at the Manisel peanut processing plant in Pasco, Argentina, destroyed key areas of the company’s facility on Friday, prompting a regional firefighting response that continued into the night, Manisel said.
The fire damaged the peanut storage section, blanching facility, and the entire peanut paste production plant, according to fire department.
