AACo Buys Into Bold US Carbon Scheme Rewarding Cattle Producers Cutting Methane
Big beef business, the Australian Agricultural Company, has bought a stake in a US livestock-focused methane credit trading platform alongside a swag of global food industry names.
AACo, which last week reported a sizeable profit leap, hopes to also accumulate credits on the world-first platform which rewards cattle producers who adjust their herd diets to cut ruminant methane emissions.
