ANALYSIS: Turkey Processing Hits New Seasonal Low as Prices Soar to Record Highs
In June and July, the turkey industry had a couple of months of relief from the seasonal all-time low numbers of turkeys being processed since August of last year. However, the headcount processed this August fell 4.1% below last year, once again marking a new seasonal low.
