Danone Announces New Regional Structure
Danone has said that, effective January 1, 2026, it will consolidate its corporate framework from five regions into three: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), Asia Pacific, and the Americas.
As part of this restructure, Danone appointed regional presidents to lead each area. Pablo Perversi will head EMEA, Bruno Chevot takes charge of Asia Pacific, and Henri Bruxelles will oversee the Americas. All three executives will report directly to Danone’s Deputy Chief Executive Veronique Penchienati-Bosetta.
