The Australian lamb market is in an unsettled phase, with the Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) Heavy Lamb Indicator, a benchmark price for heavy lambs based on national saleyard transactions, reaching a record 1,246 ¢/kg cwt, up 12% over the past month.
