Coca-Cola Is Selling Nigerian Food and Beverage Firm CHI to UAC
UAC of Nigeria has agreed to buy Chivita|Hollandian (CHI) from The Coca-Cola Company. CHI is a food and beverage company based in Nigeria, making dairy products, juices, nectars, still drinks, and snacks. Separated by segments, the Hollandian brand is known for its evaporated milk and drinking yoghurt, while the Chivita brand specializes in fruit juice.
