Farmers Push for China Trade-War Relief
Farmers are relying on the Trump administration to cut a trade deal with China soon or give them another bailout to stay profitable this year.
Chuck Magro, CEO of seed and pesticide maker Corteva, says the Trump administration's trade war with China remains a pivotal issue for the agriculture industry-because U.S. farmers need international grain buyers.
"Will the global markets open up for the grain? That's top of mind for farmers right now," Magro said at the WSJ Global Food Forum in Chicago.
