The 0x1 Strip Loin has seen some ups and downs this year, quite volatile ones to be fair – especially when compared to last year. Upon exiting Memorial Day, live cattle prices jumped nearly $5.00/cwt, prompting sellers to rapidly pull and replace offers significantly higher.
