Plant-Based Brand Wicked Kitchen Unveils Animal-Free Concession at NBA Arena
Plant-based brand Wicked Kitchen debuted a plant-based concession stand at the Target Center through a partnership with the National Basketball Association’s Minnesota Timberwolves.
The partnership to create the 100% animal-free stand was due to both the Timberwolves and Wicked Kitchen looking to provide plant-based options for fans.
The menu features chef-created subs, burgers and ice creams, all made entirely of plant-based ingredients.
