Possible Salmonella and Listeria Contamination in Vegetables Causes Recalls in Meat Products
Various meat and poultry products have been recalled in recent days due to vegetable ingredients that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced. Here is a recap of the latest recalls:
