Chairman’s Reserve® Prime Pork Stands Out Against Competitors with New Tenderness Claim
DAKOTA DUNES, S.D. – In a recent study, Tyson Fresh Meats’ Chairman’s Reserve® Prime Pork brand tested 25 percent more tender than other leading brands of pork without added solution.
The study was executed by a third party which compared Chairman’s Reserve Prime Pork to competing brands of various quality levels. The number of loin samples was decided on by using statistical tests to determine the appropriate number needed to detect a difference.
