FSIS Issues Public Health Alert for Ready-To-Eat Charcuterie Products 

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert out of an abundance of caution due to concerns about Salmonella illnesses that may be associated with ready-to-eat (RTE) charcuterie meat products in Busseto brand Charcuterie Sampler and Fratelli Beretta brand Antipasto Gran Beretta.

In a letter addressed to Costco members, Sunnyvalley Smoked Meats Inc announced its recalling a single code date for its Kirkland Signature Master Carve Half Ham, Natural Juices Boneless Smoked Half Ham.

The item has a use/Freeze by date of January 20, 2023 and Lot# 264 - 4 sticker. The company states this item is being recalled due to a possible Listeria contamination and are advising customers to return product for a full refund.
