Missouri Farmers, Lawmakers Push to End Daylight Saving Time Changes
Missouri farmers and legislators are calling for an end to the biannual clock changes that come with daylight saving time, saying the practice creates more problems than benefits for agricultural operations.
Michael Keim, who owns Dairy to Your Door, a dairy farm that bottles and delivers its own milk and beef, said the time changes disrupt both his cattle and family schedules.
"When everything moves an hour in the fall, and then again in the spring, it throws not only the cows off, but it throws the whole family off," Keim said...
