Given your knowledge of the industry, what can you identify as being the major changes in trends?

We’ve seen the rise of specialty eggs. Feeding programs initially designed to produce eggs with unique nutritional characteristics have now grown and are driving a major transition from conventional eggs. This change required operations to have a deeper engagement with contract growers. Over time producers built new housing and devised growing programs for cage free flocks.
