USDA Announces Livestock, Poultry Producer Assistance for COVID-19 Related Losses
Livestock and poultry producers who suffered losses during the COVID-19 pandemic due to lack of access to processing can apply for assistance, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
U.S. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack announced the Pandemic Livestock Indemnity Program (PLIP) in remarks at the National Pork Industry Conference in Wisconsin Dells, WI.
