Tyson Chief Technology and Automation Officer Departs
Scott Spradley, Executive Vice President, Chief Technology and Automation Officer (CTO) of Tyson Foods departed the company, per a January 9 company stock filing.
The company said Spradley’s responsibilities will be assumed by members of Tyson’s Information Technology team.
Tyson also said Spradley may receive payments and further benefits following his departure. He will be entitled to receive a payment of $1,400,000, which is equivalent to two times his annual base salary, a lump-sum payment of $211,538, payable in July 2023, accelerated vesting of a prorated portion of his remaining outstanding restricted stock with an aggregate value of approximately $486,451 as of January 9, 2023.
